We will generally need the following to process a Mechanic's Lien: - Copy of the Preliminary Notice if is was not processed by us. - Total amount owed on project. - Last date you supplied labor or materials to jobsite (Do not include repair dates as last date!) - Copies of any invoices to substantiate Lien amount. - If contract is written, fax us a copy of the contract so it can be recorded with lien if required. - Any additonal information pertinent to the Lien.
