ARS is proud to announce that we are in the final stages of testing our web-based RWS preliminary notice management application. This new application leverages to power of Adobe Coldfusion™ and AJAX allowing ARS to provide a user experience similar to that of a local desktop application. Users familiar with our PC based RWS software will be ahead of the learning curve as many of the general concepts have been maintained in this web-based version. Our initial release slated for July 31st 2008 and will include the following features.

  • Request and track Preliminary Notices, Mechanics Liens, and Bond Claims
  • Real-time Status reports offer a snap-shot of all prelims currently in process
  • Real-time access to PDF-image copies of all prelim documents
  • User level access control including multi-location document management
  • Document based transaction logging
  • Custom reporting features based off 14 different search criteria
  • User defaults panel allows users to fine tune experience
  • Document based messaging between ARS and end users
  • Waiver generation
  • Import data from RWS PC based software installations

A working proto-type of the new web-based RWS application is available for customers to test-drive. While we cannot accept your prelims via this method just yet, current customers are welcome try out the application and investigate the all the new features.
