Request Mechanic Lien Services
If you are not a current ARS customer the first step is to setup an account with ARS. Customers in need of lien preparation and filing must complete a Lien Request Form. Completed Lien Request Forms, invoices substantiating the claim, and a legible copy of the contract should be faxed to (800) 496-5736 for processing. If you did not process the pre-lien notice through ARS, a copy of the pre-lien notice, affidavit of service, and proof of mailing should also be included with the your lien paperwork. Generally the necessary paperwork required for lien processing includes the following:
- Completed Lien Request Form
- Invoices substantiating the claim
- Legible copy of contract
- Preliminary notice (If notice was not prepared by ARS and was required)
- Affidavit of service (If notice was not prepared by ARS and is required)
- Proof of mailing (If notice was not prepared by ARS)
