ARS Remote Worksheet Software (aka, “RWS”) has been the workhorse of our industry for many years, allowing our clients to file and track millions of Preliminary Notices in thousands of client sites throughout the Western US. While it has been a great tool, it is time for us to put our old friend to rest and bring new capabilities to our valued customers. What we present to you now is a new generation of Prelimanry Notice service capabilities, the best in our industry. We have named this new tool RWS WEB ONLINE. After a long and successful “beta” period ARS is looking to now transition our remaining RWS 7.8 software users to our new web-based solution RWS WEB ONLINE, and will cease operation of our old system on January 1, 2009. We have proven the transition process and it is quite simple: It requires an import of your existing RWS 7.8 data into the web-based version which takes approximately five minutes over the telephone, after which customers will have access to all data via our website www.RWSWebOnline.com, plus access to images of associated documents. This import process will include all your RWS and subfile records from 01/01/2006 to present and it will leave your old RWS System and data intact until you wish to uninstall it.

Because RWS Web Online is a web-based solution, you essentially design and direct the creation of your own corporate-wide network of Preliminary Notice users with whatever access rights you wish to assign. Whether you have multiple users across the room or branches spread across the country, your ability to manage, enter, view and report is limited only by your imagination. RWS WEB ONLINE serves a single user just as well as a corporation with 200 separate locations.
